In-Room Dining

Appealing meals and good nutrition are important parts of helping our patients recover more quickly.  SMMC’s In-Room Dining service enables patients to order meals and snacks from a restaurant-style menu any time between 6:45 am and 6:45 pm.  All selections are made to order from fresh ingredients and delivered within 45 minutes.

To Place Your Order

• Choose your meal or snack from the menu
• Dial 3663 (FOOD) anytime between 6:45 am and 6:45 pm to place your order
• Food will be delivered within 45 minutes
   

Special Diet Considerations

If your doctor has placed you on a special diet, or if you have been scheduled for certain tests, your selections may be limited.  When you call to place your order, the Café staff will be able to assist with making the right choices for you.  If you have dietary concerns and wish to speak with one of our Registered Dietitians, please call 283-7243.

Guest Tray Vouchers

If you would like to dine with a patient in their room, vouchers for In-Room Dining are available for sale in the SMMC Café located on the second floor of the hospital. Order your meal with the patient and present the voucher to the wait staff when the meals are delivered.


Important Reminder!

Cleaning hands frequently prevents germs from spreading. Please clean your hands before eating.  Moist towelettes will be provided for your convenience.
