| SMMC Visiting Nurses Receives Patient Satisfaction Award of Distinction |

SMMC Visiting Nurses is proud to announce that Fazzi Associates, a national benchmarking firm who conducts patient satisfaction surveys, has recognized SMMC Visiting Nurses as one of the top 25% of the 350 agencies in their national database. Fazzi states, "This award is presented to home health organizations that have demonstrated superior performance in patient satisfaction in 2009." Calculations are based on responses to specific questions that measure if patients are satisfied with the service received to the extent that they would recommend the agency to others. The Board of Directors congratulates the efforts and dedication of the staff whose care and attention to patients has resulted in this fine achievement. This recognition follows in the footsteps of the agency being recognized with another national award early last year when SMMC Visiting Nurses was given the Homecare Elite Award for performance and quality outcomes.
