| The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy which assists the physician in his/her evaluation of clients by applying muscle, nerve, joint and functional ability tests and developing a plan of treatment. The Physical Therapist reports to and is evaluated by the Clinical Manager. |

| Qualifications: Graduate of approved Physical Therapy Program
Minimum of one year's experience in acute care setting; additional home health experience preferred
Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Maine
Valid driver's license - proof of automobile insurance
