    Macrobiotics is a natural approach to health and sickness. A macrobiotic diet consists of whole foods and cooking techniques brimming with health giving qualities. Locations are noted as either Biddeford-SMMC, SMMC Visiting Nurses, Saco, or Kennebunk. Other venues are clearly specified. Unless otherwise noted, there is no charge.
