Macrobiotics is a natural approach to health and sickness. A macrobiotic diet consists of whole foods and cooking techniques brimming with health giving qualities. or at one of SMMC's Diagnostic and Therapy Centers in Saco (13 Industrial Park Road), Kennebunk (4 Shape Drive) and Biddeford (9 Healthcare Drive).
